Customers love the exceptionally soft and plush feel of this shag rug, frequently noting how cozy it is underfoot. Many reviewers also appreciate the rich colors featuring subtle tonal variations that add warmth and depth to bedrooms and living spaces. While some shipments arrive folded with creases, buyers find that a bit of time, foot traffic, and routine vacuuming easily smooth it out.
At first it had a lot of lumps. But over 3 weeks of foot traffic and vacuuming it does lay flat.
